Change of ILS on selected runway not possible

EDDN Rwy 28 is a special case since there's 2 localizers for the same runway
- INUW ILSDME cat III (109.1)
- INUY LOC only (111.75)
Of course you cannot simply rename INUY as INUW if this last one already exists (seems to be the case considering the message you have)
Assignment on Rwy page is not so important but can be changed (will be explained later on)
You didn't provide me a screenshot of the NavData/Display ILS Data so as to confirm both Navaids are already present..may be you could do that
Also it could be interesting to know if you want to keep both Navaids (possible) or not
1) If you want to have both: first delete all data for rwy 28 and recreate first INUY then INUW (considering there's 2 sets of data in AIRAC database you'll have to fill in the ILS identifier for gaining access to AIRAC data)
2) If you just want to have INUW, do the same but only recreate INUW
If you're not at ease with the process just send me the BGL file (default is APX50140.bgl) and I'll do that for you
Note that data have already been properly corrected in the navaid updates I provide..although BGL assignment is indeed INUE (and not INUW). I will correct that on next release (the only way for correcting that if to delete both ILSs and recreating them. Assignment will be set to the LATEST created ILS

Please update AIE to v1.45. You should now be able to do the change.
For updating rwy assignment to INUW, just edit INUW ILS28 and click on commit change (without making any change to ILS data..). AIE will propose you to update rwy assignment. Accept it and it should be OK
