Hello,
I just downloaded FSControl, and I am very excited as I have been searching for some time for a more realistic autopilot that can control IAS with pitch. Thank you for your excellent work!
The only thing I am having trouble with is that FSControl seems to run only as a background process (I am using Windows 10) instead of as a regular desktop program. This means that it does not appear in the taskbar or when I press Alt+Tab, which makes it very hard to switch to/from it with FSX running. Is there a way to make Windows recognize it as an active task?
Thanks, Spencer

Hi Spencer,
It is a bit surprising since FSControl is an independent program that should stay on screen and also be available when minimized in the task bar. However, I need to check for that on Windows 10. Since then, you will have to keep it open (if you have 2 screens moving it to another display area should solve the problem). Another option, if your FSX is in windowed mode, is to keep a small screen area for displaying it aside FSX window

Hi Hervé,
Thanks for your quick response. I set up a second monitor yesterday and that method is working. I may also try running FSConnect in compatibility mode to see if that helps.
