Starting with ILS regional update cycle 1510, all approach lighting systems and VASI/PAPI will be corrected for US airports (included in the North America ILS regional update) in addition to previous corrections (apt/rwy Ids and ILSs). It is well known that FSX/P3D doesn't define these data correctly (especially PAPI distances from TH). These data are already up to date in my Western European updates. Unfortunately I will not be able to do the same for other countries/regions as far as published data are lacking. By chance US documentation is very detailed and easily available for doing that. webdatasheet.faa.gov/Enjoy Hervé

Work is now finished..I couldn't imagine it will be so time consuming! More than 1,000 US airports (those that have at least a SDF/LOC/ILS approach) have been corrected for runway marks and lights, approach lighting systems and VASI/PAPI caracteristics, as far as possible and I carefully checked all of them within the sim. All this stuff will be included in the next update of the North America regional update (expected 17-Sep). Hope those who like to fly as real as it is (or as it could be considering some limitations regarding stock airport design) will appreciate. Until then, enjoy your flights

Hello Hervé, thank you so much for your dedicated work in making the sim keeping up with the real world!
I fly real world and like the sim to be better this way.
Thank you and also enjoy your flights.

You're welcome Manfred. My aim (also as a real pilot) is the same as yours. There are some limitations though (general airport design may have changed a lot; in such a case only a brand new scenery/AFCAD is needed). I also expect some feed back in case I wrongly set some data. So feel free. My email is public
