I've been updating almost every month using your software but I just noticed something, even though I can see all the waypoints on the fsx map and Little Navmap that I use, my gps "direct to" button doesn't seem to see any waypoints any more, I can enter airport ICAOs and it will see it but not waypoints, I'm lost as to why it doesn't recognize any waypoints when using this button.

This problem has been reported from time to time and could be linked to an improper autoupdate of sim indexes
Try the following:
In your sim go to the World/Scenery Library menu. Don't change anything on it. Just click the OK button
Databases will be reindexed. Then check again and let me know

Ok Idude, let's try to investigate it a bit more. For that I will need to know:
- The updates you installed (World Navaids package alone or any additional fixes updates)
- The GPS you are using (default sim one?)
- Your simulator
- And an example of an existing waypoint you cannot select for a GoTo
so as I can try to replicate the problem
