Cannot download any files from the site

Hi, I have tried yesterday and again today to download the files from the site, being the full installer and 3 of the regional ILS files, but all the time the zip files are empty and showing just 1kb.

I have tried from a different pc too but same issue.  I have also tried with and without a download accelerator.

I am having no problems with downloading from other sites, indeed I am in the middle of a full re-install of my system so I have done a lot!

I am based in Brazil.

Can you see if there is some kind of issue?
