Can I find the stars details in my gps procedure page when clicking on select approch ? I hope I explained this clear
thanks for your hard work

Thanks for reply honestly, I am not thinking of using a paid service at the time but will keep it in mind
I installed the packages, it updates most things
the GPS data looks fine but still one problem is that when choosing an approach sometimes they all look the same or when choosing them no addition on the Flightplan so that the GPS can follow it even VECTORS not working, no lineup with the runway the aircraft heads toward the airport
is it a known problem or is there a solution for it?

Hi Eyad,
>>is it a known problem or is there a solution for it?<<
Yes some GPS approaches may be unreliable or even completely broken due to the fact many navaids, waypoints are altered by the updates even if I try to keep what can be reasonably kept May be this point can be improved. Could you please provide me an example that I can test on my system (airport, approach should be enough, no screen shot needed at this time)
Regards
Hervé

Ok. I investigated one of them that is OMDB ILS approach 30R that indeed is broken in the update I provide. The reason is that part of this approach (missed approach leg) is referencing DUB VOR that doesn't exist anymore (and is not included in the World navaids package update). Indeed, approach procedure has completely changed (see charts). I presume there's similar problems with the other ones you indicated.

So there is no fix for this?

Considering this "stock" approach path is not anymore valid and the referenced VOR doesn't exist, there is not a lot I can do. Will make some tests with a "fake" DUB VOR however and let you know

I can know what these sub-items are for:
Use alternative airport files (see doc)
Force full installation - will update all files without checking the data.
Use this option only in case of
Incomplete update log installation overrides: This logs all installation actions in an [Installer_Actions.log file]. Use this option only upon request for support -
When I decide to install on FSX do I have to leave the boxes blank?

>>When I decide to install on FSX do I have to leave the boxes blank?<< -> Use alternative airport files (see doc): as indicated it is explained in the documentation. You just have to read it ;-) -> Force full installation and logging: normally don't use them (already explained in the associated tooltips)
Please avoid making several posts on the same subject and also emailing the same questions
