ILS mismatch between AIRAC and airplane

Hello, my problem might not belong exactly to this forum. However, since I couldn't get any help in other forums I will try anyway...

On FSX I installed the current AIRAC cycle. However, my MD 11 (PMDG) doesn't recognize the ILS after the frequency was changed to a newer one. E.g. in Hamburg (EDDH) the old ils freq for rwy 15 used to 111.35 and was changed to 109.55. Although the FMC gets the correct new freq automatically in the NAV/RAD section, the plane does not react to the appr button and the display shows "ILS UNTUNABLE". Therefore I guess, that the FMC gets the freq from the AIRAC update; and that freqency doesn't match to that one of the scenery (Aerosoft Add-on scenery "German airport 2 & 3 (2012). Is there a way to align this manually? I'd appreciate any help.
