Hello.
I have a problem after installing navdafa update the ATC doesnt work correctly.
For Example in Budapest the ground frequency is 121.900 adn the ATC Says 121.908.
I can not put that frequency in the radio and i select option 1 in the ATC window but it doesn't work
I.m running FSX steam edition.
Thank you all

Hi Cesar,
Yes it is a problem encountered with 8.33 KHz frequencies that are supported by the sim but are not usually tunable on basic COM boxes Officially LHBP ground frequency channel is 121.91 (8.33 frequency) Quite a lot of COM stations in Europe make now use of 8.33 channels instead of 25 KHz frequencies as before I will revert back to nearest 25 KHz even if it is not the reality

Thank you for the answer.
i don´t really know if there is a tweak for make the radio work with the new 8.33 frequency.
if that´s posible i would like to now how to do it.

>>i don´t really know if there is a tweak for make the radio work with the new 8.33 frequency<< No there's none, except may be using a dedicated COM gauge. Same problem in P3DV5 which was supposed to natively support 8.33 KHz chanels You'll find some interesting discussions on the subject (just Google "FSX or P3D + 8.33" Users of online ATC (VATSIM, IVAO) are less affected since ATC channels (including those using 8.33 spacing) can be selected from within the communication software

Hello Again.
In this new release (2107) there are still some problems with radio frequencies.

Probably yes since I didn't revert all 8.33 to 25 kHz frequencies by now. Let me know which ones, so as I include them in my to do list?

OK. Will correct these ones.
Setting correct COM frequencies is a difficult problem, I still didn't solve, for the following reasons
1) Although FSX/P3D up to v4 did not implement in their "stock" files 8.33 channels, it is still possible to do so in order to fit REAL data. It is nice for users having compatible COM gauges accepting 8.33 spacing (there's a few), but not for those using standard COM receivers that can only dial regular 25 KHz frequencies (the majority I presume you belong to).
2) P3DV5 stated 8.33 COM frequencies were now accepted. However, very few P3DV5 stock airports contain such frequencies, probably for the same reasons (some P3DV5 aircrafts are equipped with compatible COM receivers, but the majority is not)
3) Online users (VATSIM,IVAO) don't care since contacting ATCs is mainly done through the dedicated software that is 8.33 compliant
There's a lot of forum posts on the subject but no global solution that can satisfy everyone
