Hello Michael,
It could be. I noticed airports that raised analysis errors are CLOSED (2E3, KFIO) and declared are such in the updated files (closed marks on runways, no starting positions, no parking spots, etc) although taxi data (points and paths) were kept unchanged. I do not know the logics of EFB analysis and it would be interesting to know what exactly means the message "Taxiwaypoint (end) not found" and what EFB is looking for. May be you could ask the developer. Anyway, not including these airports in database is not a problem since they are closed. However, I have a small idea of what could be misleading for EFB. Could you send me a mail -> hsors(at)hotmail(dot)com. I will then send you replacement files just to check
Hervé
