Cannot help you so much on this..that is clearly related to a local problem (no such report since the very beginning) May be you could redownload the package, exe could have been corrupted

Can I get old version of FSXP3DNavaids Installer, then? Or is there another way to apply recent data, like manually or something. (Other data are downloaded well, I think) Out dated and missed data make me crazy.

>>Can I get old version of FSXP3DNavaids Installer, then?<< There's no older version I kept. May be you could try to see what's going wrong by having a look to Windows Event viewer (Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Event Viewer then Windows Logs Application subfolder. There's absolutely no reason (inside the program itself) that could explain the program doesn't launch and show its main window, except an unusual configuration problem on your system. In case no error is logged, could you please indicate - Which operating system you use - If you have administrator rights on your account - and the status of UAC you set Then, may be I could help further on

Could you please indicate - Which operating system you use - Which sim version you want to patch - If you have administrator rights on your account and ran the installer "as admin" as indicated in the documentation - The status of UAC for your system - Any antivirus software running in the background (that sometimes you will have to deactivate for proper installing, as indicated in the documentation) - Which crash message you had from windows Simply saying "it crashed" will not help us AT ALL
