I just used your software to update my navdata on FSX Steam Addition and now every time I try to use the "Direct to" button on any GPS it can't find any waypoint that I enter, i use "little navmap" to route and take note of the waypoints but the gps can't find them. If I uninstall the navdata, then I'm able to use all the old waypoints.

What might be the problem?

It is a known problem that is linked to a FSX GPS bug (lack of proper reindexing). See here

as well as other similar posts (try searching with keyword "GPS")
Intersections are correctly displayed on map view, can be retrieved by 3rd party programs (such as Little NavMap) but some of them cannot be selected on GPS for "Direct" function
If reindexing (see the method for that in the above post) doesn't work, there's nothing I can do for that
